My background
Drawing on my educational background, I've immersed myself in the world of Marketing for nearly a decade, spanning diverse industries such as fashion, e-commerce, and renewables across Europe, Africa, Canada, and the Middle East. My expertise spans offline marketing, branding, social media, email marketing, and performance-driven strategies, among others.
The switch to design
Despite finding success in marketing, I felt a tug towards a different path— one that resonated more deeply with my values. This led me to transition to Product Design in 2019. Unlike Marketing, where the focus was primarily on driving sales, I yearned to create products that genuinely addressed people's needs.
What drives me
I thrive on problem-solving and have collaborated closely with product and tech teams to deliver successful products. My designs have reached the hands of millions of satisfied users, and I'm committed to delivering both business value and customer satisfaction in every project I undertake.

Lilia is one of the strongest designers. She gives herself whole-heartedly to the problem that she is solving and is truly able to look at it holistically from all angles. In her work to build the food discovery vision and workshop, she owned the room with a solid point of view and took a lead like true design leader. What stood out about her point of view is that she is able to balance vision with realism, holism with tactics, long term with short term. She is also totally unafraid to take the lead and get her hands dirty and does whatever it takes to bring her vision to life. Lilia has an incredible ability to balance speed with quality. For example, for research projects she takes on, even if she is looking to do a quick project, the result and report are always detailed enough to take the next best decision. It is also great to see Lilia being in the forefront of visioning and strategic conversations. She really is a leader of her space.
